1. Description of Service
Lingofi provides users with access to a suite of language exploration and learning tools (“Services”). These Services include, but are not limited to, AI-powered language exploration tools, language learning tools, dashboards for tracking progress, and more.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of Lingofi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding personal data and privacy.
4. Intellectual Property
The trademarks and intellectual property on Lingofi are owned by Lingofi. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from Lingofi without express permission from Lingofi, Inc.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lingofi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of conflict of law provision or rule.
